Seacoast United alumnus Rachel Hill (Rollinsford, NH) has been named to the U-20 Women's National Team for the CONCACAF Championship to be held January 9-19th in George Town, Cayman Islands.

Hill was selected as one of 20 players on the roster to compete in the international event after her performances at the U-20 WNT training camp in Carson, California back in November, and again December 14-21 in Sunrise, FL.

The 2014 CONCACAF Women's U-20 Championship consists of 8 teams, with the top three qualifying for the 2014 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup in Canada.  The USA will face Costa Rica, Jamaica, and Guatemala in group play at the Truman Bodden Sports Complex.  Click here to read more on the official announcement from U.S. Soccer.

Hill, a freshman at the University of Connecticut, led the Huskies' offense with 31 points, finishing first in nearly every category.  She received numerous weekly honors from the American Athletic Conference throughout the fall season, as well as postseason honors including First Team All-Conference and ACC All-Rookie Team.
